NakedFest 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for NakedFest 2026, organised by NM Festivals Limited T/A Naked Mates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Age Requirement

NakedFest is an adults‑only event. You must be 18 or over on the first day of the festival to attend. Proof of age may be required at entry.

3. Identity Verification Requirement

To attend NakedFest 2026, you must have completed identity verification on the Naked Mates platform before arriving at the event.

• Tickets are only valid for individuals whose identity has been successfully verified.
• If you do not complete verification, you will not be permitted entry and no refund will be issued.
• This requirement helps ensure the safety and security of all attendees.

4. Your Ticket

• A ticket grants one person access to NakedFest 2026 for the dates shown on the ticket.
• Tickets are non‑transferable and may not be resold.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

5. Payment & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket details. It is your responsibility to check that all information is correct.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non‑refundable except where required by law.
• If you can no longer attend, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
• If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a refund of the face value of your ticket.
• If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new dates.

7. Changes to the Event

We may make changes to the festival programme, schedule, facilities, or activities if necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

NakedFest is a friendly, respectful, clothing‑optional event for men. By attending, you agree to:

• behave respectfully towards other attendees and staff
• follow all site rules and instructions
• not engage in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event without refund if their behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

9. Safety & Liability

• You attend NakedFest at your own risk.
• Camping involves natural hazards including uneven ground, weather conditions, and wildlife.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Photography & Privacy

Photography is strictly controlled at NakedFest to protect everyone’s privacy. You must not take photos or videos of other attendees without their clear permission.

11. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information only for the purpose of administering your ticket and wristband purchase. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

12. Alcohol & Substances

You may bring a reasonable amount of alcohol for personal use. Illegal drugs are not permitted on site. Anyone found with illegal substances may be removed without refund.

13. Camping & Facilities

You are responsible for your own camping equipment and belongings. Please follow all safety instructions regarding fires, cooking equipment, and waste disposal.

14. Weather

NakedFest takes place outdoors and will go ahead in most weather conditions. No refunds are given due to poor weather unless the event is cancelled for safety reasons.
